Alrighty, I actually have a couple of questions on the use of the Sprint reflex.
Q1. Can I use the sprint reflex to dodge/take cover(ex. 1) or does it simply activate its bonuses for use in the feats to follow(ex. 2)?
ex. 1: 1a) REFLEX - Sprint - Sextus sprints to cover behind some large boulders - block/dodge 2a) Attack or whatever
ex. 2: 1a) REFLEX - Activate Sprint - Increase for 2 actions the evasion and accuracy rates by 20% and speed by 1 2b) Run to cover behind boulders - block/dodge
Q2. The Sprint ability summary states that the effect last for two actions. Does that include the action in which it is activated?

Ex 1 is correct. It's not like a system you are activating, the reflexes are all actions so you use them while your zoid is moving. With that in mind, yes it does include the action it was activated.
